Giveaway Rules and Terms of Service

How to Enter:

1. Sign Up for Our Mailing List (Required): Signing up for our mailing list counts as your first and primary entry into the giveaway. This is a mandatory step to participate.
2. Follow Us on Social Media (Optional):
   • Following us on Instagram counts as one additional entry.
   • Following us on TikTok counts as one additional entry.
   • Following us on YouTube counts as one additional entry.
   This means you can earn up to four entries in total (one for the mailing list and one for each social media platform).

Terms of Service:

1. Eligibility:

• The giveaway is open to individuals aged 18 or older.
• Participants must reside in the United States. Prizes can only be shipped within the continental United States.
• Employees of Z&Z G&E, their family members, and affiliates are not eligible to participate.

2. Entry Period:

The giveaway begins on July 1st, 2025 and ends on August 1st, 2025. Entries submitted outside this time frame will not be counted.

3. Winner Selection:

• The winner will be chosen randomly from all eligible entries.
• The winner will be notified via email within 30 days of the contest closing. If the winner does not respond within 10 days, an alternate winner may be selected.

4. Prize Details:

The prize includes:

• One (1) Aputure Storm 80C lighting unit
• One (1) Aputure CF4 Fresnel
• One (1) set of Aputure CF4 Barndoors
• One (1) T-shirt
• Four (4) stickers

The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other items.
There is no guaranteed timeline for the delivery of the prize. Delivery is dependent on product availability, shipping schedules, and other logistical factors. Z&Z G&E is not responsible for any shipping delays, backorders, or other unforeseen supply chain issues that may affect the timing of prize fulfillment.

5. Disqualification:

• Incomplete entries or entries that do not meet the stated requirements will be disqualified.
• Participants found to be using fake accounts or engaging in fraudulent activities will be disqualified.

6. Privacy:

By entering the giveaway, participants agree to have their email address and mailing address added to the mailing list of Z&Z G&E. Participants also explicitly consent to receive both email and postal mail communications not only from Z&Z G&E but also from any current or future businesses, collaborations, brands, subsidiaries, or related enterprises created, invested in, or operated in conjunction with Z&Z G&E and/or its members.

These communications may include promotions, updates, product announcements, and marketing content related to Z&Z G&E and its associated ventures, regardless of direct relation to the giveaway.

Participants may unsubscribe or opt out of these communications at any time following the conclusion of the giveaway. Personal information will not be sold or shared with external third parties outside of Z&Z G&E and its directly associated ventures.

7. Liability:

Z&Z G&E is not responsible for technical issues or problems that may interfere with entry submission or participation in the giveaway. This includes, but is not limited to, lost or delayed entries. Z&Z G&E is also not liable for prize fulfillment delays or any other issues beyond our control.

8. Agreement to Rules:

By participating, entrants agree to abide by these terms and conditions and the decisions of Z&Z G&E, which are final and binding in all matters related to this giveaway.

9. Modification or Termination:

Z&Z G&E reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the giveaway at any time, for any reason, without prior notice. This includes, but is not limited to, circumstances such as fraud, technical failures, legal considerations, or any other factor that may compromise the fairness or integrity of the giveaway.

Z&Z G&E is not obligated to award the prize if unforeseen circumstances prevent the giveaway from being conducted as planned. If the giveaway is canceled, Z&Z G&E holds no liability to entrants for any reason.

This giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Aputure, Meta (including Instagram), ByteDance (including TikTok), Google (including YouTube), Intuit, Mailchimp, or any other companies not explicitly mentioned. All trademarks, logos, and brand names are the property of their respective owners.
